Momentum is everything, in life and on the bike. As long as you keep the wheels turning, you stay upright in a dazzling defiance of physics. Never stop moving.
The Motion Long Sleeve Flyweight Cycling Jersey is built around the design of our existing high performance flyweight cycling jerseys, which are at their most comfortable when you are in an aggressive riding position and pushing your limits. As the name suggests these jerseys are all about reducing weight, while improving aerodynamics and have some core features to achieve exactly this. These include the use of ultra lightweight 3D nanotech fabric on the front, as well as the full length sleeves and a front hem with lightweight welded finish. Aerodynamics are further assisted by the expandable back pockets which provide more storage space when needed, but remain close to the body when not in use.
Winter riding can be challenging in terms of temperature control, but even more important than this is the consideration of riding in low light. This doesn't only apply to early mornings and late evenings, but also on misty or overcast days. We've made visibility a key component of this jersey with all the trims including those over the reinforced pockets and our zip flap feature our Photon Retroreflective Materials for increased visibility while silver reflective binding on the pockets ensures visibility from the back.
Besides these features you will find all the features that are present on our other flyweight jerseys including 2 way stretch Italian Racing Lycra, an ergonomic collar, 3 dot elastic hems with silicon grippers and an anti-bounce back panel ensuring stability even with fully laden pockets.
Most of the clothing I own can be found closest to the door of the store; I am very utilitarian in what I wear. Imagine my surprise then that I found myself coveting Ciovita cycling clothing! I could not be more pleased with my long-sleeved Ciovita jersey - it is every bit the quality workmanship that I have come to expect from Ciovita. I only wish that more companies would take as much pride in their output as Ciovita does.
