If you would like to make a return or exchange, we are pleased to accept new, unworn and unaltered merchandise with its original tags and packaging.
Prior to shipping your return item(s), please contact Customer Service via email at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization Confirmation. All returns must be authorized by our Customer Service team prior to shipping and must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Failure to contact Customer Service and/or returning merchandise that is worn, damaged, altered or missing its original packaging will not be refunded and may be returned to you. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
All merchandise marked Final Sale is non-refundable. Items marked Final Sale may be exchanged for an alternative size, color, or style of equal or greater value or may be returned for site credit.

If you require additional exchanges or returns, the cost of return shipping will be $15.oo (fifteen US dollars).
